- Sauté Garlic
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add Tomatoes
- Stir in tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook briefly until softened.
- Add Pasta & Broth
- Add uncooked pasta and broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
- Cook Pasta
- Simmer, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and liquid thickens.
- Add Spinach
- Stir in spinach and cook until just wilted.
- Finish
- Adjust seasoning and top with Parmesan if desired.
