Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise or full-fat Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Optional Add-Ins
  • Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Cayenne pepper for heat

Method
 

  1. Preheat Oven
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  3. Make the Creamy Topping
  4. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Prepare the Chicken
  6. Place chicken breasts in the baking dish and pat dry with paper towels.
  7. Coat the Chicken
  8. Spread the creamy mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
  9. Bake
  10. Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  11. Rest & Serve
  12. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving to retain juices.
