Ingredients
  

  • Pork Chops
  • 4 pork chops boneless or bone-in, ¾–1 inch thick
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Honey Garlic Sauce
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce low sodium preferred
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Optional: ½ tsp red pepper flakes

Method
 

  1. Season pork chops generously with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Sear pork chops for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and nearly cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. Reduce heat to medium-low. Add butter to the skillet and let melt.
  5. Stir in garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  6. Add honey and soy sauce; simmer gently until slightly thickened.
  7. Return pork chops to the skillet and spoon sauce over them.
  8. Cook 1–2 minutes more until pork reaches 145°F (63°C) internal temperature.
  9. Rest briefly, then serve with extra sauce.
