Garlic Chicken Wraps

Ingredients
  

  • For the Chicken
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast or thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • For the Garlic Sauce
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For Assembly
  • 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup sliced cucumbers or onions optional

Method
 

  1. Season the Chicken
  2. Cut chicken into strips. Season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook the Chicken
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden and fully cooked.
  5. Add Garlic
  6. Reduce heat, add minced garlic, and stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  7. Make the Sauce
  8. Mix yogurt (or mayo), garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  9. Assemble the Wraps
  10. Warm tortillas. Add chicken, drizzle with garlic sauce, and top with vegetables.
  11. Wrap & Serve
  12. Roll tightly and serve immediately or toast lightly for extra crispness.
