Ingredients
  

  • Chicken
  • lb boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika optional
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Garlic Butter Sauce
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup chicken broth or white wine
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice optional
  • Optional Garnish
  • Fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and sear until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. Reduce heat to medium. Add butter to the skillet and let melt.
  4. Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add chicken broth and lemon juice, stirring to deglaze the pan.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top. Simmer 1–2 minutes.
  7. Garnish if desired and serve hot.
