Method
- Season chicken with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and sear until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add butter to the skillet and let melt.
- Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add chicken broth and lemon juice, stirring to deglaze the pan.
- Return chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top. Simmer 1–2 minutes.
- Garnish if desired and serve hot.
