Method
- Brown ground meat with diced onion in a skillet until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
- Transfer cooked meat to the slow cooker.
- Add beans, corn, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, taco seasoning, and broth.
- Stir until well combined.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
- Taste and adjust seasoning before serving.
- Serve hot with desired toppings.
