Cook the bacon
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside. Leave about 1 tablespoon of bacon fat in the pan.
Sear the chicken
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Add olive oil to the skillet and cook chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Build the sauce
Lower heat to medium-low. Add butter and garlic, sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir in ranch seasoning.
Cook the gnocchi
Add gnocchi directly to the sauce. Simmer for 3–4 minutes, stirring gently, until gnocchi is tender and sauce thickens.
Finish the dish
Return chicken and bacon to the pan. Stir in shredded cheese until melted and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning.
Serve
Garnish with parsley and extra bacon. Serve warm.
