Ingredients
  

  • For the Sliders
  • 12 connected slider rolls Hawaiian or dinner rolls
  • 8 large eggs
  • 8 slices thick-cut bacon cooked and chopped
  • 8 slices cheddar or Colby-Jack cheese
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • For the Topping
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • ½ tsp garlic powder optional
  • ½ tsp onion powder optional
  • 1 tsp chopped parsley optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking dish with parchment or foil.
  2. Cook bacon until crisp. Drain and set aside.
  3. Whisk eggs with salt and pepper. Scramble gently until just set.
  4. Slice slider rolls horizontally, keeping them connected.
  5. Place bottom halves in baking dish.
  6. Layer cheese, eggs, bacon, then another layer of cheese.
  7. Add top halves of rolls.
  8. Mix melted butter with seasonings and brush generously over tops.
  9. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15–18 minutes.
  10. Uncover and bake 5–7 minutes until golden.
  11. Rest 5 minutes, slice, and serve warm.
