In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper. Scramble gently until just set; remove from heat.
Slice slider rolls in half horizontally and place bottom halves in the baking dish.
Layer sausage evenly over the rolls, followed by eggs and shredded cheese.
Place the top halves of the rolls on top.
Mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley; brush over the tops.
Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until cheese is melted and tops are golden.
Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve warm.
