Ingredients
  

  • For the Sliders
  • 12 slider rolls Hawaiian or dinner rolls
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage pork, turkey, or chicken
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar or Colby Jack cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Butter or cooking spray for greasing
  • Butter Topping Optional but Recommended
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it into crumbles. Drain excess grease.
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper. Scramble gently until just set; remove from heat.
  4. Slice slider rolls in half horizontally and place bottom halves in the baking dish.
  5. Layer sausage evenly over the rolls, followed by eggs and shredded cheese.
  6. Place the top halves of the rolls on top.
  7. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley; brush over the tops.
  8. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until cheese is melted and tops are golden.
  9. Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve warm.
