Season the Chicken
Pat the chicken dry. Toss with olive oil, chipotle seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Cook the Chicken
Grill or pan-sear over medium-high heat for 5–7 minutes per side until fully cooked and lightly charred. Rest for 5 minutes, then slice.
Make the Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together ranch dressing, chipotle sauce, and lime juice. Adjust heat to taste.
Assemble the Burritos
Warm tortillas. Add rice, sliced chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, corn, cheese, and drizzle with chipotle ranch sauce.

Fold tightly and toast burritos in a skillet until golden and slightly crispy on both sides.
