Season the chicken
Toss chicken with olive oil, chipotle powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Grill the chicken
Grill over medium-high heat for 5–7 minutes per side until cooked through and lightly charred. Rest 5 minutes, then slice.
Make chipotle ranch
In a small bowl, mix ranch dressing with chipotle powder or minced chipotle peppers until smooth.
Assemble burritos
Warm tortillas. Add rice, beans, grilled chicken, drizzle with chipotle ranch, then add toppings.
Wrap & toast
Fold tightly and toast burritos in a skillet or grill pan until lightly crisped on all sides.
Serve
Slice in half and serve warm.
