- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime zest, lime juice, garlic, chili powder, paprika, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken and toss until fully coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil.
- Add chicken and cook undisturbed for 4–5 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Flip and cook another 4–5 minutes until cooked through (165°F / 74°C).
- Pour remaining marinade into the pan and simmer briefly until slightly thickened.
