- In a bowl, toss chicken with olive oil and all spices until evenly coated.
- Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken in a single layer and cook undisturbed for 3–4 minutes until crispy.
- Stir and continue cooking until chicken is fully cooked and golden.
- Squeeze fresh lime juice over chicken and toss briefly.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or directly over flame.
- Assemble tacos with chicken, onion, cilantro, and desired toppings.
- Serve immediately with lime wedges.
