Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced
  • 2 cups cooked white or brown rice
  • 2 cups broccoli florets fresh or thawed frozen
  • cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp paprika optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, rice, and broccoli.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk cream of chicken soup, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Pour sauce over the chicken mixture and stir until evenly coated.
  5. Fold in half of the shredded cheese.
  6. Transfer mixture to the baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Sprinkle remaining cheese over the top.
  8. Bake for 35–40 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  9. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
