Ingredients
  

  • Chicken Filling
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika optional
  • Wraps
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • Optional Add-Ins
  • Sliced green onions
  • Fresh parsley
  • Chili flakes

Method
 

  1. Cook the chicken
  2. Heat oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until golden and fully cooked.
  3. Add garlic
  4. Reduce heat slightly. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Assemble wraps
  6. Lay tortillas flat. Add chicken mixture and cheese to the center.
  7. Wrap & toast
  8. Fold tortillas tightly. Toast in a clean skillet over medium heat until golden and crispy on both sides and cheese is melted.
  9. Serve
  10. Slice in half and serve warm.
