Season the chicken with Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden and slightly crispy. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté onion and bell pepper until soft. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Stir in tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and chicken broth. Simmer until slightly thickened.
Return chicken to the skillet and toss to coat evenly. Simmer 3–5 minutes.
Spoon mixture onto toasted buns and serve warm.
