- Preheat the Oven
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place butter in a 9×13-inch baking dish or oven-safe skillet and put it in the oven to melt.
- Make the Batter
- In a blender, combine eggs, milk, flour, salt, and vanilla. Blend until smooth and slightly frothy.
- Bake
- Carefully pour batter into the hot, buttered pan. Return to the oven and bake for 18–22 minutes until puffed and golden.
- Serve Immediately
- Remove from oven and serve right away with desired toppings.
