Ingredients
  

  • lb boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-size pieces
  • ¾ cup orange marmalade
  • ¾ cup BBQ sauce sweet or smoky
  • Optional Not Required
  • 1 tsp soy sauce adds umami
  • Red pepper flakes for heat
  • Green onions or sesame seeds garnish

Method
 

  1. Cook the chicken
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat with a little oil. Add chicken and cook until golden and fully cooked.
  3. Add the sauce
  4. Reduce heat to low. Stir in orange marmalade and BBQ sauce until chicken is evenly coated.
  5. Simmer & glaze
  6. Simmer 3–5 minutes, stirring gently, until the sauce thickens and becomes glossy.
  7. Serve
  8. Remove from heat and serve immediately over rice or with your favorite sides.
